Hi! I'm Megan, and I'm so glad you're here. I know you're seeking a new perspective—to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. I see myself as someone who can encourage, teach, guide, empower, collaborate, and simply "sit" with my clients.

I will provide a nonjudgmental space to support you, offer problem-solving and practical strategies, introduce new perspectives, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help you gain clarity and confidence. My approach to therapy is direct and transparent, while always honoring your unique experiences and needs. I see my clients as experts in their own lives, and I aim to draw on that expertise to facilitate change. I believe it is my responsibility to empower and guide you in making changes that feel natural and necessary for your life.

I am a native Oregonian and love camping, being outdoors (rain or shine), reading mysteries, and spending time with my husband and boys. When my two busy boys aren't cooking up trouble at home, we're often running to baseball, basketball, and lacrosse practices. Our family also enjoys spending time outside in the neighborhood, playing late into the evening.

Thank you for considering working with me. I look forward to supporting you on your therapeutic journey!
