Hi! I'm Megan and I'm so glad you're here. I know that you are coming to see me for a new perspective, to heal, grow and change. I see myself as someone who can encourage, teach, guide, empower, collaborate, and just "sit" with my clients. I will provide a nonjudgmental space to support you, provide problem-solving and practical strategies, offer new perspectives, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help you gain clarity and confidence. I have a direct approach to therapy; I aim to be forthcoming in our sessions, yet in a way that is honoring to you. My clients are experts in their own lives and I aim to draw on their expertise to facilitate change.  I believe it is my obligation to empower and guide you in making changes you feel are natural and necessary for your own lifestyle.

I am a native Oregonian and love camping, being outdoors (rain or shine), reading mysteries, and spending time with my husband and boys.  When my two busy boys aren't cooking up trouble at home, we are running back and forth to baseball, basketball, and lacrosse practices.  Our family also spends a lot of time outside in the neighborhood playing late into the evening.

Thank you for considering working with me and I hope to help and support you through your therapeutic journey!

***See Arianne Cozi's profile below!  She has availability too!
